I had a pretty nice day at Estaca Bay Gardens Conference Resort. The beach was clean and the swimming felt safe. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the number of stray dogs around. At one point, I had multiple dogs and cats wanting food right next to my table, which wasn't exactly pleasant.
